Welcome to Eco Trippers. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Definitions
“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Eco Trippers.
“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual accessing or using our platform.
“Platform” means the Eco Trippers website, mobile applications, and associated services.
“Services” refers to travel bookings, including flights, hotels, tour packages, Umrah packages, visa assistance, and any other services offered on the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies posted on the Platform.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
Booking on behalf of another person requires responsibility for informing them of these terms.
Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments must be made in full using approved payment methods at the time of booking.
Eco Trippers reserves the right to cancel bookings for which full payment has not been received.
Cancellation, Refund, and Change Policies
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, or visa authorities).
Eco Trippers facilitates cancellations or changes but is not liable for fees imposed by service providers.
Service fees charged by Eco Trippers, if any, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during bookings.
Review and comply with all terms of service of providers.
Do not use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Eco Trippers or its licensors. No content may be copied or used commercially without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eco Trippers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or services.
Third-Party Services
Eco Trippers may integrate or provide access to third-party services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party services, and your interactions are governed by their terms.
Privacy
Eco Trippers is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, usage, and protection.
Modifications to Terms
Eco Trippers reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka.
App Security & User Responsibility
Users are responsible for securing their devices. Jailbreaking or rooting devices may compromise app functionality, security, or privacy.
Service Response Time
Due to high inquiries, response times may vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Deleting Your Eco Trippers Account
Account deletion will occur within 72 hours.
Deleting an account erases all booking history, saved cards, TripCoins, and preferences.
Service Portfolio
Flights
Book flights domestically and internationally.
Payments accepted via cards, MFS, or digital wallets.
LCC flights require passport and visa upload; failure may lead to cancellation.
Refunds and cancellations follow airline policies; Eco Trippers service fees are non-refundable.
Hotels:
Eco Trippers offers hotels, hostels, B&Bs, serviced apartments, and cottages.
Reservation accuracy is essential; Eco Trippers is not liable for supplier errors.
Refunds for refundable bookings processed within 7–10 working days.
Tour Packages & Umrah Packages
Rates valid for specified travel dates and rooms.
Amendments after confirmation are not allowed.
Refund policy:
15+ days prior: 50% refund
10–14 days: 25% refund
<5 days: No refund
Visa Services:
Eco Trippers facilitates document preparation; final approval lies with the embassy.
Passport must be valid for 6+ months.
Visa service fees are non-refundable.
Pay Bill Services
Users are responsible for accuracy of payment details.
Eco Trippers is not liable for external biller delays or errors.
Refunds/cancellations are governed by biller policies.
Shop & Goods Purchase
Eco Trippers acts as a platform for partner vendors.
Orders are confirmed when Eco Trippers issues dispatch confirmation.
Delivery timelines and charges depend on the vendor’s policy.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are subject to vendor policies.
TripCoins (Loyalty Program)
Earn TripCoins on eligible transactions.
Coins are non-transferable and expire every 3 months.
Eco Trippers reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
Online EMI
Available for flight tickets and Shop purchases ≥ BDT 5,000.
Tenure up to 24 months, subject to bank approval.
Convenience fees may apply.
Responsible Use
Services are for personal use only.
Fraudulent activity or false bookings may result in account suspension or legal action.
Users are responsible for internet/data usage, device battery, and connection stability.
Limitation of Liability
By using Eco Trippers services, you agree that the Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting directly or indirectly from the Platform or Services.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between Eco Trippers and the User, superseding prior communications.
